Internet Video: Learner Response

1) Type up your WWW/EBI feedback from your teacher.
WWW: "Ratna spoke very slowly and clearly which is unusual". "I liked the back and forth and no script"

EBI: "The porn shot was not included"

2) Type up a bullet-pointed list of the WWWs and EBIs provided by the rest of the class giving feedback on your video.

WWW:
  •  "Humour and engaging for audience with both presenters - knowledgeable with examples"
  • "Comedy, Information"
  • "Engaging"
  • "The conversational element"
EBI:
  • "Check Focus + shots"
  • "I've been scarred by your ending"
  • "Framing"
  • "Variety of shots"
  • "More Visual aids for audience"

3) Now self-assess your video: what was the strongest aspect of the video? What was weakest? Did you struggle with any of the technical aspects? Has it changed your plans for the linked production coursework next year?

Self Assessment:
The strongest aspect of my video would be when I and Ellis took turns in explaining each pros and cons. Also, we mixed up personalities in the sense that I was more of a comedy person whereas Ellis was a straight up person who explained the pros and cons correctly ad briefly. Moreover, the ending scene was quite creative in the sense that it was very innovative. The use of sound within the whole video was quite parallel and engaging for the audiences.

The weakest aspect of my video would be the camera framing within the video. In some of the scenes, me and Ellis weren't in the frame and due to that, our faces weren't visible for the audiences to see. Also, we didn't check the focusing within the video which did make our extract quite unprofessional.

The technical difficulties has been stated already which was our bad focusing and framing which we could have prevented by re-checking.

It hasn't really changed my plans for the linked production coursework in the sense that I believe I could produce a high quality extract.

5) Make a list of at least FIVE negative aspects to the internet (problems) that you've learned from these screenings and the lessons so far.
