They access information's for advertising purposes which they sell to advertising companies which would help them make profit. Essentially, on the first page of the article, they clarify the story of the schools in America using webcams to spy on pupils which conveys the lack of privacy on the internet in the modern world. 2) Are you worried about companies tracking your online movement? Well, I tend to be very socially active on social media platforms especially such as WhatsApp, Instagram and Snapchat.
