22/09/17 Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL is set to be released by Google

The Guardian have recently clarified that Google is set to launch their Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL as well as a smaller mini home google speaker on the 4th of October 2017.

They will rival Samsung and Apple with the new technologies such as the phone and the smartphones which the products get launched.

The Pixel 2 is a smaller version which is expected to have a screens size of 5 inches which will be made by smartphone manufacturer HTC which was acquired by Google. It is known to come in many colours such as blue, black and white with a metal and glass back.

The Pixel 2 XL is the large version which will be made by LG and resembles an LG C6 on the front with an almost bezel-free screen. According to many sources, it is known that this technology is expected to come in white or black with a black top and a glass at the top.

The Pixel 2 smartphones Qualcomm's Snapdragon 835 processor according to 2 sources as well as 4GB of memory and either 64 or 128GB of storage. Both smartphones will have pressure-sensitive sides according to two sources.

Essentially, in my opinion, I think that the launch of these products will be beneficial to Google as a company in terms of profit because I do think that the society will turn their heads on the new Pixel 2 because it does look very innovative to the other products.

16/09/2017 - Rise of the Electronic bike  Electronic Bikes  The electronic Bikes are rising globally in the sense that it could "help tackle congestion and make your daily commute cheaper and less stressful". An E-Bike is essentially a bicycle that consists of a battery and an electric motor which assists you when pedalling - up to 15.5 mph in the UK. Its still an exercise in terms of pedalling but it does provide that extra boost in speed. In my opinion, in terms of e-bikes being more globally known in the future, it would have a certain impact on the society in the sense that it wouldn't be as much exercise for the younger generation who need to stay fit and healthy. But for the elderly people, it is understandable because they do need that extra boost in pedalling because they are not fit and healthy like the younger generation.

29 / 10 / 17 - Hotel booking sites probed by consumer watchdog  In this article, it focuses on how the hotel booking sites such as Trivago and Booking.com are being probed by the UK's competition Watchdog due to the fact that they want to see if they are misleading their customers. They feel that rather helping consumers, the hotel booking sites are making it more difficult for them.  They are bound to investigate whether hotel booking sites are misleading consumers.
